Data processing agreement

This agreement forms part of the Terms between Toy Chest Ltd. (the processor) and you (the controller) and governs how we process personal data on your behalf.

Sub-processors

We use the sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy. We give at least 30 days’ notice before adding a new one.

Retention and deletion

When you delete your chest it is hidden at once and can be restored for 30 days. On the 30th day the deletion runs across every sub-processor: the database records, the uploaded files, any subscription, and your address on our email lists. We confirm in writing when it is complete.
